The Chief Magistrates Court in Wuse Zone 6 has summoned Tonto Dikeh and her bodyguard, Gbenga, for alleged assault and illegal trespassing.

According to Gistlover, the two defendants were advised to show up in court on August 24, 2024, to respond to the claims made against them on a court summons dated August 6, 2024.

Chief Executive of Skyewise Group Limited and owner of an Abuja-based vehicle dealership company Elvis Abuyere filed the lawsuit, court number CR/359/2024.

Abuyere claims that Tonto visited the auto manufacturer in January about buying a brand-new Changan Uni-K 2023 model from Mikano Motors.

Believing he had a dealership relationship with Mikano, the complainant paid N85 million in full for the car knowing Dikeh would pay the rest in three months.

Tonto reportedly spent N37 million as her initial deposit on the used 2008/2009 Lexus plus another N3.5 million.

But when the payment window closed at the end of April, the movie star neglected to pay the outstanding cash, therefore breaking the agreement.

After a failing attempt to get the balance, Abuyere got the automobile from Dikeh on May 1. Later on Dikeh paid N20 million, N17 million, N5 million, with an outstanding N2.1 million payment.

The actress called the automobile company on July 30 to arrange for the car to be sereviced; it was then taken in for repairs. The vehicle firm demanded the remaining N2.7 million from her after finishing the repairs.

She allegedly had “criminal trespass,” nevertheless, by aggressively invading the complainant’s Maitama, Abuja, corporate grounds with her bodyguard and two women.

The actor is also accused of mistreating other staff members of his company as well as the accuser.

The four individuals interfered with vehicle dealership business operations, damaged property, and threatened to use social media to damage the complainant’s company.
