Controversial crossdresser Idris Olanrewaju Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has found himself at the center of another scandal involving an alleged N4 million debt. The situation was brought to light by his arch-rival, VeryDarkMan, who confronted Bobrisky on the morning of Tuesday, September 24th, 2024.
According to VeryDarkMan, a man had loaned Bobrisky N4 million in June 2024 during Bobrisky’s investigation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over naira misuse. However, Bobrisky allegedly failed to repay the loan, and when the lender confronted him, Bobrisky reportedly resorted to blackmail, accusing the man of making sexual advances toward him, including a kiss.
Despite the accusations, Bobrisky appeared unbothered, posting a video of himself dancing and twerking to a song on Instagram shortly after the claims surfaced. However, he deleted the video a few minutes later.
This is not the first time Bobrisky has faced public scrutiny over debts. Just days ago, Gistlover shared a photo of a banner listing defaulters of estate dues, and Bobrisky’s name was included. The post sparked reactions, with many criticizing Bobrisky for allegedly not being able to clear his bills.
One commenter remarked, “Omoh!! Bobrisky couldn’t even afford to pay his estate dues!! Dem don paste her name as one of the due defaulters!!” Another user, @iroyinayoevents_mgt, added, “This is embarrassing nao. Writing people’s name on post bcos of dues,” while another noted, “He just came out of Kirikiri na.”
