The follower’s message read: “Good morning. I know you are an influencer, so you probably have connections. Please, I want to sell one of my kidneys. I don’t know if you can help me find someone interested. I would really appreciate your assistance.”
In reply, the influencer mentioned that he got in touch with the individual, motivating him to keep his spirits up and discuss what he was going through.
