“My kids grew up in front of everyone,” actress Omoni Oboli says in response to fans who enquire about the age of her son.

The actress Omoni Oboli reprimanded a fan who enquired about the age of her kid Gozi.

A fan on X (formerly Twitter) going by the handle Sir Demo of Kwara questioned Gozi’s age in a tweet on Friday, asking how a 21-year-old could look so mature.

“I saw one of Omoni Oboli’s sons who just celebrated 21 a few days ago and I thought to myself, a 21-year-old can’t be this mature facially, no matter your financial status,” the user wrote.

In reaction, Omoni reposted the tweet on her account in the late hours of Friday, asking why anyone would believe she would lie about her son’s age.

“My dear, I’m not cut from the same cloth as those who might reduce their kids’ ages. To what end? My kids grew up in front of everyone.

“People have seen them on social media since they were very little. So how on earth would their ages change?” she fired back.

In July, the actress celebrated Gozi’s 21st birthday on Instagram by posting pictures of her son.

“Happy 21st to the human with the best energy I know! My Gozi, @gozioboli, you have only ever brought us peace, as your name Ufuoma implies.

“May God bless you, keep you, and cause His face to shine upon you and be gracious to you always. All your heart’s desires will be met by the Lord, and you will be great on this earth.
