Oladips calls Wizkid “stealing” his songs.

Nigerian rapper Oladips has charged intellectual property theft against Grammy-winning artist Wizkid.

According to the rapper, Wizkid copied some of his song “Ajala Travel remix” lyrics in his most recent work with Asake, “MMS.”

Oladips posted images of the two song lyrics on his Instagram page.

Although a fan told him sampling was “normal,” he argued it was only approved.

“It’s normal if you acknowledge the source,” he wrote. Come dey eat your lyrics for corner; no be say dem go dey fake like say dem no know you.

Wizkid is not responding yet to the accusations.
