The Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, and comedian Seyi Law both voted in the Ondo State Governorship election held on Saturday.
Tunji-Ojo voted early in the day in Unit 17, Ward 3 Okeagbe, Akoko North West Local Government Area of the state.
“At exactly 11:34 a.m., I cast my vote at unit 17: Ward 3 Okeagbe, Akoko North West Local Government Area of Ondo State, in the #Ondo2024 Governorship Election,” the minister wrote on X, sharing photographs of his accreditation and voting procedure.
“It’s been a peaceful election with officials displaying high-level professionalism coupled with an encouraging turnout of voters.”
Seyi Law (a Senior Special Assistant, Entertainment & Tourism to Governor Aiyedatiwa), real name Oluseyi Aletile, was caught voting at Polling Unit 5, Ugbo Ward 4 in the Obenla community of Ilaje LGA.
