Emeka Ugwuonye, the lawyer handling Nollywood actor Yul Edochieâs divorce case with his wife, May Edochie, has shared updates on the actorâs marital situation.
Brightmodreblog reported that May has taken Yul to court, and Ugwuonye has been keeping fans informed on social media.
He clarified that Yul has only been married once and currently has one wife, from whom he is separated.
Ugwuonye suggested that if he asked people a simple question about Edochieâs marriage, many might not know the correct answer.
He explained that Yul is currently living with another woman, referring to her as Yulâs girlfriend, and noted that using any other term would be inaccurate.
He added that while Yul could marry Judy Austin in the future, this cannot happen as long as he is still married to May Edochie.
Ugwuonye emphasized that as long as May and Yulâs marriage remains intact, Judy will be considered his girlfriend.
Meanwhile, Yul has been publicly displaying affection for Judy Austin, referring to her as his wife and sharing their moments online.
