Controversial Portable, a Nigerian artist, grieved after meeting with Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s 2023 presidential contender.
Portable met with Obi at Edo State this weekend.
Obi was in Benin to promote Labour Party gubernatorial candidate Olumide Akpata, while Portable was there for a gig.
In a viral video, Portable was seen bowing as he greeted Obi beside his car.
However, the musician expressed his disappointment in a different video, claiming that Obi did not offer him any money.
While comparing Obi to President Bola Tinubu, he warned his group that “Obi cannot give us anything.” Obi did not give us anything. If we had met Tinubu, he would have given us something. Let’s go.
