Yemi Solade raises questions about OBO’s performance at Pastor Tobi’s party

Ossai Ovie Success has stirred up discussion online after expressing his disappointment with Pastor Tobi Adegboyega for inviting music star Davido to his recent birthday celebration in Lagos.

Ossai described the invitation as an embarrassment to the gospel, suggesting that Pastor Tobi should seek forgiveness from God.

“However, I didn’t feel the Holy Spirit’s presence, as the party was inconsistent with pastoral values. As the founder of Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church, Pastor Tobi Adegboyega’s actions appeared unrighteous, embarrassing the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ,” he wrote in part.

He mentioned that the pastor ought to have invited Gospel musicians rather than artists like Davido and KCee.
